Hi Everyone, I Am Due To Have A Steroid Injection In My Wrist And Hopefully In My Finger. Has Anyone Had An Injection?
I’ve had one in my shoulder but not finger. It hurts initially but the relief is tremendous
Doc let me go back to typing next day. Just know it will be a bit sore for a few days before it gets better.
Yes I have. It hurts when they numb it but feels pretty good after. Next day can be a little rough, but gets a little better every day. 🤗. Good luck!!
Thanks guys for replying. Esther, I didn’t even know they numb the are first, I thought they would just inject straight away.
I am a bit nervous about having it, especially in area where I know it is going to hurt. But it is worth it if it calms it down as I’m really struggling at the moment, especially with my fingers.
Will I be ok to go to work the next day or do I need to rest it?
Thanks
