You all have no idea how much I feel like you all are my "safe place to fall" I had a son with a heart condition who I lost 9 years ago and I had no problem advocating for him, but this all gets me so frazzled that I just end up in tears. I just need to find a way to let this go and enjoy my birthday surprise trip. But ps..I'm pretty irked that no one is taking responsibility and or explaining this to me.

It would be really helpful if insurance companies, doctor offices, third party administrations, copay assistance programs would just help us!!! We are not attorneys with enough knowledge to figure out the deceptive wording they use to explain information, and we aren't specialists in medical office administration and or specialists in prior authorization. And my mail gets lost all the time in our rural area, so depending on the mail is ridiculous for prescriptions. You are not alone! Vent on and let the doctor's office know about your "work" that you have done for them.

You have no idea how much your story helps! Its so hard to have the others in my life understand that my disease, this disease isn't just physical its so much mental too. I'm taking you all with me wherever we go so that I can have you all help me to relax and try and keep the ra at arms length even if just for a few days so I can enjoy (lol if that's a thing) turning this big number ❤😊
