First of all hello to everyone on this beautiful sunny day sorry not been on here have been ill again it's never ending caught a cold nowadays just getting over the cold got a hacking cough keeps me up most of night got more antibiotics from doctor 2 days ago as for ibs got there few years ago it's bad enough with ra and health issues don't knowhow we cope with all those issues but we all strong and have to deal with it have a good day love to all my ra family xxx
