Does Anyone Take Vitamins And If So Do They Seem To Help?
I take turmeric with vitamin D. I also take red vine leaf supplement - this helps with leg vein support and eases that heavy feeling in your legs. It makes a difference for me as I do 12 hour shifts in a care home. I've just stated taking a fish oil supplement for omega 3, but only started those a couple of days ago, so can't say whether it's helpful yet. I also take folic acid as I'm on methotrexate. My rheumatologist is fully aware of these extra supplements that I take.
Vit D for your bones and Magnesium that will be help with bowels and mussels. Also Vit E for memory and Vit K to keep bones from breaking
Yes. I am on Biotin, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Magnesium, B-Complex and Calcium. Was taking these vitamins for another health reason many years before the RA was diagnosed so the vitamins were just continued.
B complex is what I take. It helps.
I used to take large doses of fish oil daily and I stopped 6 months ago to see what would happen? Nothing no difference at all. I have bad fatigue and my pharmacist recommended I try Activated Vitamin B and I havenβt looked back plus CQ 10 π
