I don't take any vitamin supplement for weight loss. Every vitamin supplement taken is for health reasons. Good example I can give; For my back I am taking daily Vitamin D, Magnesium, and B-Complex. The interesting thing, B-Complex supplement also helps my chronic migraines which is a blessing. Daily I am also taking Vitamin C, Calcium, and Folic Acid supplements for Rheumatoid Arthritis. The Biotin began around my back issue days as I could no longer have that type work done.
