I have lupus rash on my face. Painful and ugly. I use castor oil. Best results I’ve ever had! Almost unnoticeable! Highly recommend.

- **Glucocorticoids**: Used to reduce inflammation. They may be taken orally or as local injections.
- **Disease-Modifying Antirheumatic Drugs (DMARDs)**: Such as Methotrexate and Leflunomide, which can help manage symptoms and prevent joint damage.
- **Biologics**: Including TNF inhibitors, IL-17 inhibitors, IL-12/23 inhibitors, and others, which target specific parts of the immune system to reduce inflammation.
- **JAK inhibitors**: A newer class of medication that can also help reduce inflammation.

It's important to discuss with your rheumatologist to tailor the treatment according to the severity and specific symptoms of your PsA.

Research the benefits of castor oil. It also helps with pain and inflammation. A natural version of voltarin cream, sorta. Use it daily. I went form 2014 to 2023 without dr. I’ve had to research alternative methods for autoimmune treatment. There’s amazing natural sources for us, that work!
