In the context of managing rheumatoid arthritis (RA), certain supplements and natural remedies may be beneficial. For example:

- **Omega-3 Fatty Acids**: Found in fish oil supplements, these are known to help reduce inflammation, which is a key factor in RA symptoms.
- **Vitamin D and Calcium**: These nutrients are important, especially if you are on corticosteroids like Prednisone, which can affect bone density. Foods rich in these nutrients include dairy products, dark leafy greens, and fortified foods.
- **Turmeric (Curcumin)**: This spice has anti-inflammatory properties and has been shown in some studies to help reduce pain associated with RA.
- **Green Tea**: Contains antioxidants that may help reduce inflammation and improve the symptoms of RA.

Always consult with your doctor before starting any new supplement or significantly changing your diet, as interactions with your current medications need to be considered.

I have a healthy diet that is followed along with the medication and specific vitamins that are taken. Everything works together I fully feel so. The numbers on my last blood tests show that I am doing everything right so that makes me feel good.
