Yes - excruciating pain in the sternum, like the bone might snap or something. I get this a lot… it’s agony isn’t it!

That's how mine was too. I was very careful the way I moved and took Advil. It got me through it.

I thought it was my heart also at first then realized when I pushed on that area it hurt first it was only the left side but then yesterday the right side started hurting too- any tips for relief?

It does! It’s like it needs to crack or pop but doesn’t quite go. Like when your ears need to equalise on a plane. I’m glad to hear it’s not just me that experiences this. Trying to explain it to anyone is baffling!
