I have heard of people being allergic to šŸ’§ water. It's a rare condition called aquagenic urticaria/where skin content with water causes itchy, red hives or swelling. Severe cases it can cause wheezing or shortness of breath.

šŸ‘ Yes, when you see the rash take a picture before it fades away so you can show it to your skin Dr or you RA dr. So you can know if it's a side-effects for your medication or due to body heat rash.

Maybe due to RA treatment/is a autoimmune drug. Due to all the treatment it may cause your body react to things different then in the past. I can't no longer drink milk or eat eggs.

Try not using alot of hot water, taking a hot shower removes the oil you have on your skin and that will make you itch
