I had heard about both...I was taking Turmeric tablets, but the doctor told me to stop taking them...I think it had to do with conflict of medications. Should always check with your doctor before trying new things. I love cinnamon and use it in cooking and baking all the time. Don't think I want to add another pill to the regiment I already have. Don't know about the rest of you, but there is times I feel like a walking pill factory. πŸ€ͺ😊

I'm not sure abt inflammation. My husband takes it religiously. Also psyllium husk fiber and turmeric. He has a slow type prostate cancer and pre diabetic. He is avoiding taking meds bc he keeps his health in excellent shape. He attributes his good results to that combination PLUS he does 2 miles on stationary bike or treadmill every day. He suffers osteo arthritis like most of us old ppl but steroid injections into knees and wrists when it gets too bad. Turmeric and cinnamon are 2 simple things to help with atherosclerosis and blood glucose issues. Neither does any harm.
