I take vitamin D, iron, Fish oil, evening primrose, turmeric, and something else

Take both forms of tumeric. Calcium magnesium. b12. Joint formula. Vit c.vit a. Theres many vitamins that can help.

Vitamin d and j take lots of tumeric , not as a tablet but in its natural form
