I've had rhematoid arthritis for 15yrs I now have osteoarthritis the pain at night is unbearable any suggestions for the pain
Try Compression gloves, cheapest pairs are via TEMU and before you pull the gloves on, use Bio-Freeze on those hands. I take 1 Melatonin and am resting lots better with this method. Good luck and prayers...

Ice pack or warm packs that works great for me maybe it can help you
have you tried cbd capsuals I take them at night and they really help my pain I also take turmeric during the day
