Is There Zoom Like Chat For People Recently Diagnosed To Interact With Others With RA?
My first activity on site. Diagnosed with RA 3 weeks ago. Major adjustments and aggressive medication plan. Would like to speak with other working professionals going through or been through the major adjustments. Is there some sort of virtual group to speak with others on this site?
I'm new here as well. Being a working professional is difficult with RA as well as when you start aggressive treatment. Don't be afraid to take medical leave/short term disability when you need it. I don't know of any groups, but I'm sure if you made a posts asking if others were interested in starting a group that you wouldn't have difficulty finding others :)

Welcome!
You may want to check out LoriMacLean RA on YouTube and the articles on this site as there is a lot of good information as well as support here.
I know some of the members use other platforms, such as facebook, but we are here to lend support and answer your questions, if we can.
We can certainly share our stories, you will find that we all react differently to the medications we take for RA. There are items that make using our hands, staying mobile, etc. that we will gladly direct you too.
Good communication with your Rheumatologist is key to your care.
I hope this helps.
This is it.
