look at the side effects of your medication. If headaches are listed and they are that bad and constant - tell your RA. You should not need to suffer any more than you are already. Maybe a change in the medication will help or a lower dosage

Try turmeric. It seems to help me a little

I get headaches most weekends after my methotrexate tablets, but I do get the one or two through the week as well. Paracetamol is what I use for mine. It works efficiently enough.

I have headaches too. Just about everyday usually dull & if i dont attend to it it can become a full blown migraine so i take furocet or nurtec which my neurilogist prescribes. It helps. I have no choice but to take the meds. Definitely a headache savior.

I am on methotrexate Benepali ( which is same family as embrel I think) and hydroxychloroquine with 6 weeks. Had awful headaches but they are starting to ease off a bit. Paracetamol every 4 hours is what I took.....
But they have improved 👍
