Has Anyone Been Prescribed Sulfasalazine?

My rhuemetologist just prescribed me sulfasalazine and I have never been on it before. I was just wondering if anyone had been on it and what their experiences were on the drug. Thanks

Yes I was in the beginning. I got up to 2000mg when I had a very bad reaction almost Steven’s Johnson Syndrome where I sloughed off my entire epidermis layer. I looked worse than a leper’s victim. Obviously I stopped it.
