I was on Humira for about 3 months. It helped but didn't totally take all my pain away. However, coupled with Duexis (high dose of ibprophen) it did wonders! If you decide on Humira Pen, inject in the upper thigh and ice it before for like 5 min. enough to numb it because it HELPED ALOT with the burn that comes with it. Good luck!

I can not take sulfa products. I have been on Humira For 15 years, and it is still working very well. I also have osteoarthritis and that is really giving me problems. I reduced my methotrexate from 8 to 6 a week and I do better on that dosage. I think it is important in my treatment. Good luck. Don't give up!
