I started on the Mediterranean diet and work out in the warm Therpy pool water an hour at least four to five times a week and stretch that seems to help me a lot.

I have found diet to be very important--avoid trigger foods. Mine are wheat, dairy, sugar cane, artificial anything, msg....
I alos take supplements that help koint health: bone broth collagen powder, glucosamine, chondroitin, msms, bromelain..
Exercise within your range of motion is also very important.Water exercise is awesome for your joints--you can move more freely but still exercise the same muscles.

Ice packs, or heating pad. Massage(even if they hurt) with oils like spearmint. I heard Lavender is great also. Relaxation exercises. Breathing exercises.

Fairly strict Keto diet and Cannabis oil in the evening. Not much pain anymore just starting again in the evening when it’s time to take another dose. Life is back to normal I spent two years could hardly walk or move.
