I am finding that taking L-Lysine tablets , a 1000 whatever that says , can't remember but its over the counter and also my doctor knows , has started to work .

Yes! The lumps on my scalp come and go but are tender. My Rheumatologist looked at me like I was crazy. The lumps were not there when she examined me. I’m only on prednisone at this point.
