I read that if you take statens, you take Co Q 10. Statens deplete it. I take it. No big deal.

I should have also stated that I purchased the Qnol brand which is more expensive than some other brands.

Yes I normally take one pill a day but have missed a few lately. I actually have not noticed a difference but my doctor said that they are good for my heart so I will continue to take them. I read the reviews beforehand and they were overall very positive. I picked them up from CVS when they were on a BOGO sale. Otherwise they would be a little expensive. Hope this helps!
