My right toe feeling extreme pain from the cold taking place. I have layered the socks, one being Merino and another not but that is helping. I am considering the idea of getting hot packs for my feet and hot packs for my hands to make things a little bit easier. What do you do when feet don't get warm?

I have a cloth bag filled with brown rice. I heat that up in the microwave for 1:30 minutes. I use that to warm up my feet, when I'm on the couch or when I go to bed at night.

2. Hot Packs: Use hot packs or heated mats strategically, like under your feet while sitting, to keep them warm.

3. Paraffin Wax Treatment: A home paraffin wax treatment can help reduce pain and swelling while keeping your feet warm.

4. Compression Socks: These can improve circulation and provide warmth.

5. Footwear: Ensure your shoes are insulated and have a wide toe box to reduce pressure on painful areas.

Always consult your doctor for personalized advice, especially if the pain persists.

I use a heating pad for my feet or a hot bath. That usually warms me up.

I have had it for a few years, but I got it from Walmart. It looks like slippers connected together. It works good. I have Raynaud’s and it helps when my feet get cold.
