Brain Fog And Continuing Fatigue
It has been over 12 years since my RA diagnosis and I just had my first "full body" flare last winter and have never fully recovered. The worst is the brain fog and fatigue that just won't stop. I am going in to see a new rheumatologist (third one) next month. Hoping I can find the right mix of help. 10+ years of Xyljanz and then changed to Humira with methotrexate during the big flare. Any ideas? Does anything sound familiar for a 72 year old male?

Thanks. It is such a stark contrast to where I was a year ago. It is starting to get to me more than I should let it.
