Yes, it happens, both with RA and sometimes with the meds we take.
My daughter got hers back to normal by losing weight, which in turn lowered her blood pressure and her cholesterol. She is off those meds entirely now. She found a Wonderful Endocrinologist that put her on Ozempic, after ruling everything else out. She has lost 100 lbs in a year.
