This is a great and encouraging read regarding the risk ratio of drug side effects vs uncontrolled disease activity with RA. Fear can paralyze those of us with a chronic disease. This is a good reminder of what doing nothing ( stopping meds ) can do to our health.

Interesting! Thank you for posting it. I am on Plaquenil presently but it stopped working after two years so have to consider the next step (methrotexate, biologics) which is scary. Have to remind myself that these meds' side effects might not be as scary as they seem .
