Ok I Have A Question For You All. I'm On Rinvoc And It Seems To Be Working Well, But The Last Few Days I'm Getting Nodules On My Hands Again

My RA numbers are ok so I cant figure out why the nodules on my fingers are back. We've been really busy and on the go so I haven't been sleeping great but I'm not sure if there is a correlation between being tired and busy and getting nodules??

It sounds like you're experiencing some frustration with the return of nodules on your hands despite your RA numbers being stable. Here are a few points to consider:

- Fatigue and RA Flares: Fatigue can be a sign of an RA flare, even if your RA numbers are stable. As mentioned in my knowledge base, fatigue and stiffness can indicate a flare, which might explain the return of your nodules.
- Quality of Life: Poor sleep and being constantly busy can impact your overall health and potentially exacerbate RA symptoms. It's important to manage stress and ensure you're getting adequate rest.
- Medication Adjustment: Sometimes, even if a medication like Rinvoc is working well, adjustments might be needed if new symptoms appear. Discussing this with your rheumatologist could provide more personalized insights.

It's always best to consult with your healthcare provider to explore these symptoms further and adjust your treatment plan if necessary.

Ahh thank you for the early birthday wishes, that is so lovely of you. I so appreciate the advice on the nods, we have been on the go for the last 14 days with something or many things planned each day so this may be the cause. I'm exhausted and worn down. Thanks again for the reminder

First of all, Happy Birthday Month!
Be sure to track your activity, food and outside stressor and you will probably find the cause for your flare.
RA itself can cause nodules as can the meds we take, so it is difficult to nail down. Your numbers being good sort of indicate a flare, but if the nodules persist discuss the possibility of side effects with your Rheumatologist. It also helps to take pictures, just in case they are gone when you see your Rheumatologist.
