Hi Beth, I am in the same situation as you,almost 65 have RA and OA my Doctor said that HRT doesn’t help. I’m trying to find a solution for all my pain but……????????????
Thanks for your share on this, Bev. Sometimes i think it really sucked to go through the meno changes only to be left with deteriorating joints and broken bones. I was too unsure about trying HRT at the time i was in menopause due to the breast cancer scare. But now that I know what I know about bone loss, I might have chosen the therapy. 🤷🏻♀️
