Anyone Else Dealing With Multiple Trigger Fingers? What All Do You Do.

Tried diclofenac cream - How long before it does something - doesn't seem to work. Rheumy said to put it on my palm. Typing has gotten harder and I have two more months before I retire.

Arthritis rings help stabilize the joints and you can still bend them. Wearing them correctly is important. They won't cut off your circulation if you swell bc they are spiraled and adjustable. Check Etsy and Amazon. The flat, skinny type are not comfortable as the edges are sharp. My right ring finger and left thumb were the worst. During a flare they make my joints feel much better and no hang ups or clicking.

- Stretching Exercises: Gentle stretching exercises may improve flexibility and reduce stiffness.
- Cortisone Injections: Your provider might give you a cortisone shot to reduce swelling in the tendon tunnel.
- Surgery: If non-surgical treatments don't work, surgery might be necessary, especially if the finger is locked in a bent position.

Always consult with your healthcare provider for personalized advice.
