My Daughter-in-law Wants Me To Babysit Her Newborn While She Is At Work. The Thought Is Very Stressful. Any Tips? I Am 64 With RA.
If this is a crying baby it will be hard, when you suffering from RA
It would help to give it a trial run , try it for a couple of hours everyday and see how it works , if you feel fine gradually increase the time, otherwise a nanny can come help and you can oversee how the baby is being taken care of , that should make the mother feel safe at least you are watching the baby without having to change the diapers and feeding.
Hope it works out !
It is okay to say no due to your RA, especially if it affects your hands. RA has affected my hands. Most everything I try to carry eventually ends up on the floor. You got to do whatβs best for you right now.
Thank you!
