Rinvoq (Upadacitinib) is a Janus kinase inhibitor used to treat moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis in adults who have not responded well to Methotrexate. It is taken once a day in extended-release tablet form. Common side effects include:

- Upper respiratory infections

I've been on Rinvoq for over 2 years and it's the only med that has really helped me. Lately, my blood tests have showed that my muscle enzymes are way too high, my doctor has cut my dose back to one tablet every second day. I take care of my husband who has dementia, it is ohysically demanding. She thinks that I need to rest more.
Has anyone else had this problem?
