I was recently started on Trazodone and it has been wonderful. I take 100mg every night. I was also recent started on duloxetine (Cymbalta) to help with the pain and fatigue. I think it's helping. I take that in the morning. I'm no longer on Prednisone but I always took that in the morning, first thing. I have had sleep issues forever!

My dr just put me on Celebrex because I have been on prednisone way to much ( its all that has ever worked to stop the inflammation) So far it has been a game changer for me. It actually works!! and does not give me the tummy issues that motrin does. also I am only taking Hydroxychloroquine for Ra right now. I have been on just about every med they have. only Orencia has worked, but I was constantly getting sick..

I take my methylprednisolone between 12:00 - 2:00. That way it doesn't mess with my sleep. But I do take a sleeping pill. I don't sleep without it. Even before the steroids. 😊
