Fatigue isn't specifically listed as a common side effect of Rasuvo, but it can be a general response to medications or the underlying condition of rheumatoid arthritis. If these symptoms persist or worsen, it's important to discuss them with your doctor. They can provide guidance on how to manage these side effects or assess if adjustments to your treatment are needed.

Yes absolutely try! Any movement will improve outcomes. Get out into nature several days a week as possible and in summer that means early morning or late evening.

Thank you so much, Missy. I bought kale, brussels sprouts, and kale yesterday. My husband cooked up a great dish with shrimp that we'll eat tonight. Yoga is too difficult, but there's chair yoga class (free) at my local community center. I'll try that. I wonder if Tai Chi would also be beneficial.

Try the autoimmune protocol diet, meditation and yoga. You have to be extremely disciplined and diligent about following the protocol to find out if food is adding to your inflammation. You may still need medication treatment. Foods and supplements on the autoimmune protocol can also decrease inflammation. If the protocol hasn’t improved any symptoms, as you add new food groups to your diet if your symptoms haven’t improved, then you know that food is not affecting your health.😁
