I have been there for 16 yrs and this is ridiculous. I wish I could give them the pain and symptoms for a week so that they know the pain.I am waiting to hear back from a lawyer regarding disability.

This is something I am currently dealing with now. Itโ€™s so hard, I never thought to consider disability benefits but when I work, there are days where the fatigue and flare up come in and you always have to use your sick days more often than usual. Employers sometimes arenโ€™t understanding so you become the employee that they want to isolate. I try to keep a positive attitude about it all though. Thank you for sharing! I can definitely relate ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿพ

Thanks, I am just worried that I won't qualify for disability because I work. I need to work to keep a roof over my head but as you said...it changes day yo day.

1. **FMLA Application**: To apply for FMLA leave, you'll need to fill out an application form and forms to certify your medical condition. Your employer can request additional opinions but must cover the costs.

2. **Legal Advice**: Consulting with a lawyer who specializes in disability rights can be beneficial. They can provide guidance on FMLA, as well as explore if you qualify for disability benefits.

3. **Disability Benefits**: If your condition severely impacts your ability to work, you might consider applying for disability benefits. A lawyer specializing in disability can help with the application process and any necessary appeals.

Remember, it's crucial to have all your medical documentation in order to support your applications and claims.
