I Just Had A Bad Flare Up And Was Off Work For Two Days. Now HR Is On Me About FMLA. Should I Get A Lawyer To See If I Can Get Disability?
I have been there for 16 yrs and this is ridiculous. I wish I could give them the pain and symptoms for a week so that they know the pain.I am waiting to hear back from a lawyer regarding disability.
This is something I am currently dealing with now. Itโs so hard, I never thought to consider disability benefits but when I work, there are days where the fatigue and flare up come in and you always have to use your sick days more often than usual. Employers sometimes arenโt understanding so you become the employee that they want to isolate. I try to keep a positive attitude about it all though. Thank you for sharing! I can definitely relate ๐๐ซถ๐พ
Thanks, I am just worried that I won't qualify for disability because I work. I need to work to keep a roof over my head but as you said...it changes day yo day.
