You need a pair of spandex gloves, and wrist braces. They're sold at most pharmacist. Hope this helps

To reduce finger joints and wrist pain at night, consider these strategies:

- **Wear a Splint**: A splint can prevent your hands from curling in, reducing morning stiffness and pain.
- **Exercise Your Hands**: Regularly flex your fingers and hands. Lifting light weights or squeezing a soft spongy ball can keep joints loose.
- **Use Assistive Devices**: Tools like a kitchen knife with a hand grip or buttonhooks can minimize stress on painful joints. Ask for medication vials with easier-to-open lids or use Fiskars scissors designed for ease of use.
- **Apply Heat or Cold**: Heat can ease pain and relax muscles, while cold may dull pain. Consider soaking in Epsom salts or using a paraffin wax bath for your hands.
- **Over-the-Counter Topicals**: Products containing ingredients like arnica gel, emu, tea tree oil, or CBD salve (where legally available) can provide relief.
- **Compression Gloves**: Wearing compression gloves overnight can help reduce pain and swelling in the fingers.

Incorporating these methods into your nightly routine may help alleviate your symptoms. Always consult with your healthcare provider before trying new treatments.
