I get Kenalog injections in my SI Joints every 3 months. Helps so much!

I saw the doctor. I have issues at the L4&5 and S1. Doctor wants to start with physical therapy first. if no improvement then MRI and injections. He offered a muscle relaxer as I can't take any nsaids due to blot clots in the legs and both lungs. Also going I have carpal tunnel in both hands and cervical spine degeneration.

Thank you. I see the orthopedic doctor today so I'm hoping for some kind of remedy. I also know I have problems with L5 and S1 as well as in my neck. I would like to avoid any surgeries as long as possible. But just simple tasks cause horrible pain.

Hello jackie281 in 2001 I had C-spine fusion to C4,C5,C6,C7/Also I have L4,L5 SI herniated T3,T4 also herniated/spine is twisted like a C. I tried epidural, acupuncture 2 years it help the body to relax. pyhsical therapy it don't work/water therapy it was much better 😉 don't hurt the joints so much about 2 year. I hope you find the right solution to your own problem/best wishes.
