I have been doing Rituximub infusions for 3 years now. Do infusion twic a year. Have not had any reactions. Doctor had to write a request for me to be on this. It has helped my lung issues from the RA. Not sure what will do long term. Feel better. Still on methotrexate, plaquenil, vit D , and folic acid.

I have been on Rituximab for over 3 years and it is the best I have felt in years. I have had no side effects other than headaches day after infusion. They made adjustments to my premedication before infusion and now I don't have headaches.

I am waiting for the go ahead for this drug I also have lung issues which I have been told is due to RA my concern is that I will still be taking Methotrexate and steroids and sulfasatizen

There are many biologic drugs now. Could you try a different one? Also, you could tell the doctor about your fears.

@A myRAteam Member thanks for that. Part of my fears are the huge scarey list of side effects. And also what is does over the years being on it.
