Hi @A myRAteam Member
You may want to check with your RA doctor. I still get very fatigued at times especially after work sometimes I can't even hold my eyes open. But she took me off of Folic Acid and put me on L-Methylfolate which is a more natural form of folic acid. It doesn't take the fatigue away, but it does help.
I also take Humira weekly, Plaquenil Daily and now down to 9mg of prednisone. I am trying my best to taper off prednisone. Please check with your doctors. Hugs.

I was diagnosed in 2010, went for a year and a half with no meds, as methotrexate was all that was offered and I could not tolerate it. Tried and failed several more meds, ended up in several trials trying to find something that would work. I am in my second year of remission on XeljanzXR, not as much severe fatique, more of a lasting endurance
that I am working toward. I sleep sounder and feel ready to conquer the world, but a couple of task around the house and I am done for the day☹ So again, endurance is my new goal.
I hope this helps.

I have also wondered this myself. I am not sure how long I may have had it before I started hurting a lot from it. It literally was like I felt ok one day and the next I was in pain. I have dealt with a lot of fatigue most of my life due to my heart issues. It had gotten better and now I am tired all the time! It makes me feel so bad cause I don't clean or cook as much as I used to bc I am so tired. I just want to push through it and be my old self again. I got diagnosed 3 weeks ago and pain started 6 months ago, so I am lucky they diagnosed me so quickly. I just want to not be so tired! Then I can't sleep so I am up way too late which doesn't help. Good luck, if you find anything that helps, let me know!
