Oh my goodness...I have had the dizziness or vertigo...had everything checked out without results. They gradually went away and I have the up from the chair dizzy, lay down in bed, close my eyes and I go round and round for a couple seconds! (Almost every night, no rhyme or reason)
I had brain cat scans, and you name the test, the Dr who made me dizzy and yes, You do get dizzy. I have no answer for my dizziness. Carsick pills seem to be what is recommended for me???
I wonder how many other RA persons have had or are having this problem?

@A myRAteam Member I was just talking with my Physio and she said she felt it was related to neck muscle problems and probably RA changes in my cervical spine. Doctor didn't have a clue.

Yes, just went to an ENT to find out what was going on. At first I thought I just had an ear infection. I kept digging at my left ear. But turns I have vertigo but just in the left ear. Was doing exercises to reset everything it has seemed to help.

Before i got my RA under control, i used to get dizzy all the time. I also experienced confusion & memory problems. People with RA are in pain all the time, have insomnia and never get a good nights sleep. either you wake up several times a night or just never go into a deep sleep, therefore over time your body gets exausted. Try non narcotic melatonin before bedtime, if that doesn't help then ask your doctor for low dose Tramadol to take before bedtime. Also try taking folic acid in the morning to give you more energy.
