Good morning Bredge I go through the same thing. What I used is motion sickness pills that people use for sea sickness it does work try it.

Mine is from the cervical degenerative disease not directly RA. My discs are herniated and compressing nerves which cause this issue and headaches. If it is a new med you are taking good to. check if that is the cause.
