I have a prescription but have been advised to use it when flare coming only once I am completely off prednisone. Trying to learn my triggers.

@A myRAteam Member - funny isnt it how something works for one and not the other! I find the pills worked but cannot take them due to gastric problems.
I’ve never seen the cream just the gel. And patches which soothe but not greatly effective.
Do you take any other type of anti-inflammatory?
