I have end-stage liver disease (cryptogenic cirrhosis) and (non-idiopathic) pulmonary fibrosis. Not sure where the cirrhosis came from, since I am a lifelong teatotaller and do not take drugs. I am hepatitis neg. I am on a liver transplant waiting list. I have a complicated auto-immune disorder. Took MTX and TNF blockers. I unfortunately was dx'd with breast cancer in Nov. Lots of complications and probs. I need pain meds but can't take them because of liver failure. I would stay away from all meds, if at all possible!

Just don’t take the folic acid at the same time of day as the methotrexate as it can block its action it’s also good to take a sublingual B12 and all the Bs as they work synergistically

Grillo..if you take methotrexate you need the folic acid as metho depletes folic acid . Please do talk to your hummy about this. Stay safe.
