Hey I See This Has Been Asked But Since Things Are Always Changing Ill Ask Again. Anyone Have Any Luck With Natural Treatments For RA?

Been to natural path about a year ago. Treatment they tried on me was not successful. A bit of a joke.
Can anyone recommend one in Alberta?
Getting tired of popping pills!

Iv lost 10 kg so far cause Iv gone veggies and fruit with lots of smoothies and ditched my meds

I have gained tons of weight, 140lbs. I have always blamed it on my antidepressants, and now repeat prednisone. It has taken me 18 years to gain this weight. When I first got it I though RA would cause me to loose weight. Jokes on me.
