I've recently been diagnosed with RA in July, and im wondering if anyone has any food that triggers thier RA..
I've heard that gluten and dairy are bad for RA but just curious of your own personal experiences!

Any info would be helpful, thank you

That's funny you say potatoes and tomatoes... I was reading up on an article about might shade veggies/fruit can be very hard and cause a lot of inflammation in joints! Im still reading up on it and not sure exactly what it is that causes that but im assuming it's the acid in them!

Thanks for sharing :)

Everyone is different regarding diet. I have stripped my diet from dairy, gluten, sugar & salt. I only eat fish & chicken. SUGAR FEEDS THIS DISEASE!!! Don't eat anything processed or white such as pasta, potatos, bread, etc.

Just be aware the the turmeric is only helping with the symptoms of inflammation and pain. It is not doing anything to treat the disease.
