CBD is not a "magical" ,"quick fix". You must take it several times/day EVERY DAY & LONG TERM! You can expect to see the full results after 90 days. I have been using it for 2 years & I have no inflammation & very little pain/stiffness pain. I can't contribute my long-term remission fully to CBD because I am using many other holistic means as well. CBD is well known for attacking RA at the cellular level & suppressing the disease. I have never had to use biologics.

You have to adjust your dosage to fit you. No one can tell you how much to take, you have to figure it out. Take it for 2 to 3 days, if nothing go up on your dose. I take a high strength CBD 3 to 4 times a day without pain and no meds.

It helped me to stay pain free for 6 hours and I was able to move my fingers and toes so I assume it did help with the inflammation. I was always against it but it one hit changed my life lol

My markers have dropped 10% each time I have my bloodwork done during the last 20 months.
