Support of your own CareTeam, led by pharmacists and nurses who are specially-trained in your condition. You can call your CareTeam with questions about your medication or condition anytime.
Assistance with prior authorizations or helping determine if you qualify for assistance from pharma companies or non-profits.
You can also manage your medications with CVS Specialty’s website and mobile app, including:
View your account balance and make payments
Send a secure message to your CareTeam
Refill and view prescription orders
