I'm In A Bad Bad Flare And I'm Trying Everything I Can To Get Out Of It..

I've added turmeric back to my diet and I'm loading up on spinach and protein. I'm so ready to be out of this flair. Have you tried these things and or something else that works?

Deb, you've been in this flare for awhile. Have you talked to your doc yet? Prednisone or methylprednisolone is good to get it under control.

Make sure you are well hydrated. Water helps with our joints. I drink warm water with lemon first thing in the morning. I spend the rest of the day drinking herbal tea, green and matcha are good for inflammation, and water.

It sounds like you're doing a great job trying to manage your flare! Adding turmeric is a great idea, as it has anti-inflammatory properties that may help with rheumatoid arthritis symptoms. Spinach and protein are also excellent choices for maintaining strength and overall health. You might also consider omega-3-rich foods like salmon or walnuts, and the Mediterranean diet, which has been linked to reduced inflammation. Gentle exercises, stress-reducing activities like yoga, and applying capsaicin cream to painful joints may also help. Always consult your doctor before trying new treatments!

I take hydroxylchloroquine to keep my RA in check. Talk to your rheumatologist .
