I have RA in my feet (pads of feet and 2nd and 3rd toes) which cause them to feel a bit achy when walking. Labs have been at 23 for 2 years. I think you are doing great. I would look into seeing a podiatrist and see if they have recommendations for shoes to wear. I know I went and it really helped me out
