When I was in flare up for months I could not do any strength training or even walk. I can exercise and lift weights now, after my RA got under better control. I still have symptoms, but they are less intense.

That’s outstanding news Biljana,
Understanding the disease and medication adjustments can make all the difference, be your own advocate and most of the time be your own doctor. The doctor is just a tool in your toolbox.

My body doesn't like it either - and I used to work at a gym and lifted weights for years. My muscles and joints can't take that type of abuse anymore. Walking is my new exercise.
