If you're feeling unwell, such as experiencing chills or other symptoms of illness, it's important to contact your doctor before making any changes to your methotrexate treatment. I would contact your specialist before making any changes to the weekly methotrexate as that could and/or will cause trouble to your RA situation. Speaking with your doctor is the best safety move you can do in my opinion. It is always a good idea to keep your specialist up to date when there is a health concern taking place. I hope you are feeling well soon.
