My RA is the WORST in my feet! I understand how you feel- a few things that can be beneficial, getting a pedicure, it may hurt while they rub, but it always ends up helping me some. Soaking my feet in hot water in the winter helps, hot towels, I’ve purchased a hot wax machine to dip both my hands & feet in the winter. Change your shoes a couple times a day, wear slippers more often, Deep Blue rub some, or a cream with Capsaicin- it will burn for a few minutes, but wears off fairly quickly. I hope you find relief

If your RA is not in remission with your treatment ask your rheumatologist to explore better options for RA. The only problems I have with my toes and feet are osteoarthritis. If there is a deformity to the joints I know finding comfortable shoes is difficult there are better special brands to try as well.
