Anyone Suffer With Vitamin D Deficiency And Anaemia? My Body Doesn’t Absorb & Been Told Lifelong Supplements Needed - More Research To Do!

I have it on schedule to take daily dosage of vitamin d, vitamin c, and calcium to assist with RA and the weekly dosage of 15 mg methotrexate (I also take folic acid daily)

I was low on Vit D and B12. I was taking oral supplements but started having GI issues. I decided to go to an iv liquid clinic. I did vit d and vit b shots for 6 months, along with an immunity iv. It worked! I am now going to try the product Melt Away. I heard these tablets melt under your tongue and go directly into the bloodstream.

I take 2 pills daily... 1. Vitamin D, 2. Iron Supplement + Vitamin C (single tablet - helps produce red blood cells). Without the iron (65mg iron) my blood was too anemic for the Red Cross donation. To correct things fast I eat canned clams for lunch several times per week to increase my hemoglobin levels. I found clams or oysters help correct my healthy red blood levels reliably.
