I have multiple chronic illnesses. I have RA, Sjogrens, CVID, mixed connective tissue, degenerative disc, bulging discs and the list goes on. It's hard to handle sometimes, but I've found self care helps a lot. Yoga, meditation, walking, painting and reading.
